Rainbows Board

The Rainbows Board consists of a number of volunteers drawn from a variety of professions including, legal, health, education and community services and community volunteers. The roles within the Board are:-

 President  -chairs the Board Meetings and AGM.

Vice President – assists the President and assumes the role of President as required.

Secretary – manages the Agenda, attendance, minutes and correspondence

Treasurer – manages the financial reporting requirements including ATO , ACNC   and Harm Prevention Register reporting.

Board Members –  All Board members work to ensure that the organisation remains legally and financially viable.  Some form sub committees for Fund Raising, program advice, web development  and general functions for the management of Rainbows.

The Annual General Meeting is held in October each year to which Registered Directors  and  interested members of the public may attend.
